Throughout her 20 years working for other alterations businesses, our founder, Otgo King, noticed that there were several issues in daily operations that led to difficulties meeting the client’s needs. Utilizing her unique perspective as a Clothing Manufacturing Engineer and her education in Organizational Leadership, she opened Knight’s Tailoring with the intent to solve these issues. This led to her developing a patent-pending operational system that allowed her to run a successful alterations business.
